We Learn Much with Them

To stay focused, they need a calm but engaging environment. 

When some become

disruptive, do “cooler” activities that will calm them down. 

Use a signal, such our private alarm , to

let them know it is time to move or down and be quiet, seemed same gesture to focus our

attention developed during the collaboration. We all need to re-energize if we are tired. Natural response along our activities of moving . Maintain an active and participatory environment,

with "ions" that are not too predictable, so that we are always engaged
